Responsibilities of Internal Stakeholders

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees of Autronica, including our Board of Directors and all consultants working on our behalf. Everyone is responsible for:

  • Adhering to the standards set in the Code of Conduct.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations relevant to their specific roles.
  • Reporting any concerns related to human rights violations, including slavery, human trafficking, or child labour.

Leaders within Autronica bear additional responsibilities to promote and support compliance with the Code. They must ensure that all activities within their scope are conducted in accordance with our Code of Conduct and all other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of External Stakeholders

Autronica also expects external stakeholders, including business partners and suppliers, to conduct themselves in accordance with the principles laid out in our Code of Conduct. It is particularly important that:

  • Employees must report gifts exceeding nominal value to their manager and follow approval processes.
  • Suppliers must adhere to the same standards, avoiding any attempts to influence Autronica's decisions.

All exceptions must be pre-approved to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
